CPD identifies victim in early morning shooting on Cobalt Drive

On 5-13-2020 at approximately 0035 hours CPD officers were dispatched to the 2800 Block of Cobalt Drive, due to multiple 911 calls of a shooting. When officers arrived they found a 42-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Tennova Medical Center and died as a result of his injuries. The victim has been identified as Christopher Young of Clarksville.
