54-year-old Gregory Hall was charged with public intoxication after he was found intoxicated, passed out, and laying in the middle of the road, per report.
On March 21st, Deputy Joshua Rose was dispatched to the intersection of Bridgewood Road and Richardson Road in reference to a call about a man that was passed out and laying in the road.
Upon the deputy’s arrival, the man was up and walking down Skelton Drive. Contact was made with the man, later identified as Gregory Hall. The deputy observed that Gregory could not stand up straight and there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. Gregory admitted to drinking and was taken into custody for his safety.
Gregory Hall was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
