Clarksville man gets kicked out of Walmart, charged with meth possession

49-year-old Terry Latham was charged with possession of meth with intent, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and possession without a prescription after being reported as an unwanted guest at Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

On March 23rd, Officer Jonathan Williams was dispatched to Walmart at 3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, contact was made with Terry Latham. A search on Terry confirmed there to be two active Conditions of Release on file from February 10th.

According to the affidavit, during a consent search of Terry’s Ford F150, officers discovered a pill bottle containing 5 pills identified as Ciprofloxcin [sic] that is a prescription-only medication. Officers also found a black bag with a pink bag inside that contained a crystal-like substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Also found were 2 burnt spoons and another pill bottle containing 10 pills that were identified as Sulfameth/Trimethoprim.

Terry Latham was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and possession without a prescription. His bond was set at $1,000.
