24-year-old Zachary Springer was charged with domestic assault after he and his spouse had a physical confrontation over a vaping device.

On March 17th, Officer Sutton was called to a suicide threat at 2013 Sweetbriar Drive. Zachary’s wife also told authorities that he is in trouble with the Army for not going to work and she believes he’s using the vaping device to abuse a substance. She said she took the apparatus away from Zachary and he responded by shoving her and clutching her arms behind her back. Taylor fled the residence and contacted her husband’s chain of command, who in turn called emergency dispatch. After the incident, via telephone, Zachary had stated to his wife that they’d “be better off if he was dead.” He was apprehended due to the allegation of assault.

Zachary Springer was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
