28-year-old Seth Stephens was charged with possession of methamphetamine, violating registration law, and driving on a suspended license after he was pulled over on a license plate issue. He was shot and killed at work on December 2nd.

33-year-old Danielle Broom was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lanes, and driving on a suspended license after she was caught swerving in and out of lanes and showed signs of intoxication during a field sobriety test.
24-year-old Saul De Los Santos was charged with a first offense DUI and speeding after he was caught going 20 mph over the posted limit on Dover Road, and telling the officer that he did not have anything to drink, but failing the sobriety test.
