35-year-old Jacqueline McGarry was charged with child abuse, DUI, and open container violation when she was caught speeding and veering into oncoming traffic with her three-year-old child in the backseat as well as an open bottle of vodka.

24-year-old Saul De Los Santos was charged with a first offense DUI and speeding after he was caught going 20 mph over the posted limit on Dover Road, and telling the officer that he did not have anything to drink, but failing the sobriety test.
