While taking Alesha Perry, 36, into custody for DUI, Chanta Reed, 28, who was in the passenger seat of the vehicle, jumped into the driver’s seat and fled the scene almost hitting another car as she sped off. Officers on the scene gave Chanta multiple commands to stop but she did not heed any directives.
Dustee Waters, 19, was arrested for simple assault after a supervised visit quickly escalated at McDonald’s, and the victim said she feared for her safety.
