She was unresponsive to verbal and physical stimulus which caused Bowles, who believing she was overdosing on something, to administer one dose of Narcan to her left nostril. EMS arrived on scene and she was able to regain consciousness. She was then taken to a church to go through standard field sobriety tests. Adkins was searched and had blood drawn, then taken to into custody. While she was in booking, an inventory of her wallet was taken and they found about a gram of fentanyl in a 5 dollar bill. Dana’s driving history showed five separate occasions of driving on a revoked license.
