20-year-old Kaitlyn Wactor and 22-year-old Kimani Wactor were charged with domestic assault when officers responded to a domestic disturbance between the two and could not determine a primary aggressor.
On September 16th, Clarksville Police Officer Daniel Smith spoke to married couple Kaitlyn and Kimani Wactor. After responding to a domestic assault that already occurred at The Residences at 1671 Campbell, located at 1671 Fort Campbell Boulevard, Kaitlyn said that they had been arguing when he took her phone and would not give it back to her.

She blocked him and tried to grab the phone, but he pushed her down causing her to hit her head, then poured water on her. Kimani’s account of the incident was different, he said that when she tried grabbing her phone back she pushed him against the refrigerator and strangled him. Neither could be determined to be the primary aggressor so both were placed into custody.
Kaitlyn Wactor was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. Kimani Wactor was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Their bond was set at $2,500.
