Man found with marijuana during booking at Montgomery County Jail

54-year-old Charles Sebree was charged with violating his conditions of release and contraband in a penal institution after he was found to be in possession of THC while being booked at the Montgomery County Jail.

On May 20th, Officer Greenman was dispatched to a call regarding simple drug possession at 1 a.m. Per the affidavit, Greenman made contact with Charles Sebree shortly thereafter at the location of 801 Lafayette Road, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Sebree was then charged for being in violation of his conditional release and taken to the Montgomery County Jail. A search of Sebree was conducted by deputies upon his arrival. Deputies discovered multiple bags of a green, leafy substance underneath his sock and in his pants. The substance was field tested for cannabis and came back as positive.

Charles Sebree was arrested and charged with violating his conditions of release and possession of contraband within a penal institution. His bond was set at $45,000.
