41-year-old Jon Zimbelman was charged with domestic assault for pushing his father into a table while still awaiting trial for another domestic assault from December 2019.
On May 19th, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a McClardy Road residence. Jon Zimbelman, a disabled veteran, was arguing with his father when Zimbelman pushed his dad. The father fell into a table and injured his back and arm, leaving scrapes on the father’s arms.
Jon Zimbelman was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $5,000.
