Man attempts to pull roommate out of vehicle during argument

24-year-old Kyle Elton Curtis Browne was charged with domestic assault after he pulled on his roommate’s arm during an argument to get him out of the car.

On October 4th, Clarksville Police Officer Nicholas Rodriguez responded to a domestic violence call located at 2001 Needmore Road. Upon arrival, Officer Rodriguez made contact with Cedric Mallory, who told police that his roommate Kyle Browne drove to Goodwill to retrieve a vehicle that was parked there. He said that on the way to retrieve the vehicle, a verbal altercation happened between himself and Kyle Browne.

Upon arrival at Goodwill, Mallory stated that Browne got out of the vehicle, came to his door, and told him to get out of the car. Mallory told him he didn’t want to get out of the vehicle and was in fear of his life. Browne then tried to grab and pull him out of the car, which Browne admitting to doing.

Kyle Elton Curtis Browne was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.
