24-year-old Samantha Cabrera Colon was charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest when she was intoxicated in the middle of the street and screaming until the officer had to take her down to the ground in order to detain her.
On September 6th, a little after 10:00 p.m. Montgomery County Police Officer Moore investigated a call at 471 Kelly Lane where he made contact with Samantha Cabrera Colon who smelled of alcohol. She was reportedly acting erratically when she was standing in the middle of the street screaming.
Officer Moore asked her to calm down and be quiet but she ignored him and continued to be petulant until he tried to place her into custody. While doing so she resisted by swinging her arms only to be brought to the ground by Officer Moore and finally placed into custody.
Samantha Cabrera Colon was arrested and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest. Her bond was set at $2,500.
