24-year-old Lacy Squires was charged with assault on an officer and public intoxication after she was reported for being intoxicated in the Tennova ER in Sango where she was being combative with staff and kicked an officer in the face, per report.
On April 29th, Officer Tribbett was dispatched to Tennova ER at 1325 Highway 76 in Sango in reference to a public intoxication call. The report stated that the defendant, Lacy Squires, was located in the emergency room.
When the officer arrived, staff said Lacy was extremely combative and when they attempted to restrain her she flailed, kicked, and struck an officer in the face. She finished her medical treatment and was transported to Montgomery County Jail.
Lacy Squires was charged and arrested with assault on an officer and public intoxication. Her bond was set at $20,500.
