Designated driver charged with first DUI

25-year-old Justin Paikoff was charged with driving under the influence after he told police he was his friend’s designated driver, and he blew a .051 on a breathalyzer test.

On November 6th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Lyssed Pacheco pulled over a Ford F150 that had an inoperable headlight at Providence Boulevard and Locust Street. The driver, Justin Pacheco, had noticeably “bloodshot” red eyes, which he attributed to being up since 3 AM.

Justin Paikoff was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
