Donahoo responded to this by obtaining an ashtray and throwing it in the direction of the victims. The man appeared to have cut his finger following the flinging of the ashtray and began to fling blood from the cut onto the face of the female victim. The male victim sustained injuries from the assault, Owens observing a bruise on the man’s neck. Further questioning revealed the abrasion to be caused by the materials inside the ashtray. There was no known domestic history between the three parties.

Joshua Donahoo was arrested and charged with violation of probation and two counts of aggravated assault. His bond was set at $2,000.
