On May 14th, Libertarian Party of Montgomery County Chairman and Montgomery County Commissioner Joshua Beal was named the winner of the Main Street Awards “Favorite Elected Official” category. He was up against two other finalists which included another commissioner Jason Knight and Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts.
20-year-old Steven Ingersoll was charged with domestic assault when he and the victim fought in bed over a cell phone.
40-year-old Antwon Jones was charged with burglary, domestic assault, evading arrest, shoplifting and driving on a suspended license when officers arrested him for shoplifting again from Walmart. He had taken $46 worth of merchandise.
36-year-old Joshua Anderson was charged with possession of marijuana for resale, possession of oxycodone, felon possessing a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended license when an inoperable brake light escalated to a search of his home and vehicle.
