20-year-old Steven Ingersoll was charged with domestic assault when he and the victim fought in bed over a cell phone.
On May 6th, Officer Boyce arrived at 1709 Hazelwood Road for a domestic dispute. The victim stated the defendant, Steven Ingersoll, got on top of her and demanded that she give him her phone.
He wrestled her for it which the victim recorded the events that backed up her assault allegations. There were no visible injuries to the victim. Ingersoll was determined to be the main aggressor.
Steven Ingersoll was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
