Midtown Hills Precinct detectives are investigating Friday night’s fatal shooting of Quinzell Pannell Jr., 23, who was the driver of a Range Rover that crashed into a utility pole at 17th Avenue North at Hayes Street. According to a witness driving in the opposite direction, they heard a loud “pop” as the Range Rover passed by at 11 p.m. and then crashed. Pannell, of Clarksville, died at the scene. Jeffrey and Jordan Hairston charged in weekend shooting at night club parking lot
Two men have been charged in the weekend shooting at the 2600 block of Ft Campbell Blvd. Originally police wanted to speak to Jeffrey and Jordan Hairston in reference to the shooting. But, as the investigation progressed, it was determined Jeffrey and Jordan Hairston were actually responsible for the shooting which took place in the club’s parking lot.
