Quinzell Pannell Jr., 23, identified as driver fatally shot from inside Range Rover in Nashville

Midtown Hills Precinct detectives are investigating Friday night’s fatal shooting of Quinzell Pannell Jr., 23, who was the driver of a Range Rover that crashed into a utility pole at 17th Avenue North at Hayes Street. According to a witness driving in the opposite direction, they heard a loud “pop” as the Range Rover passed by at 11 p.m. and then crashed.
