21-year-old Regan Carroll was charged with domestic assault after hitting her boyfriend in the arm hard enough for him to express that he could no longer move it, per report.
On June 14th, Officer Middleton was called to an assault call. Officer Middleton reported that the defendant, Regan Carroll, and the victim are in a relationship together. They were involved in a physical altercation after an argument.
Carroll admitted to hitting the victim in the arm after yelling at him. The victim had no visible injuries that Officer Middleton reported but he did say that he was no longer able to move his arm. There is no previous history of domestic violence between them.
Regan Carroll was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,500.
