Woman causing unreasonable annoyance charged with public intoxication

24-year old Chemiah Clark was charged with public intoxication and violating her conditions of release after continuously causing an unreasonable annoyance and was found to be intoxicated.

On September 5th, Clarksville Police Officer N. DeJesus responded to 3441 Fort Campbell Boulevard and observed Chemiah Clark along with multiple others outside of the location. Clark was screaming and cursing. Officers repeatedly gave Clark multiple warnings to leave with her friends but she continued to be disorderly.

Clark was asked by officers if she had been drinking. She replied that she had a small amount and that she was not overly drunk. A search through NCIC showed that Clark has an active COR. A horizontal gaze nystagmus field sobriety test was administered. Due to the unreasonable annoyance, clues of nystagmus in her eyes, and the active COR she was transported to Montgomery County Jail.

Chemiah Clark was arrested and charged with public intoxication and violating her conditions of release. Her bond was set at $1,500.
