While the officer spoke with Yidier he discovered he had driven from Nashville to Clarksville and stopped at the gas station for food. Officer Alquzweeni observed Yidier had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, so he asked him to perform a field sobriety test. Officer Robinson was contacted to translate and Yidier agreed to a blood sample for chemical testing. This is Yidier’s first DUI charge.

Yidier Caballero Hernandez was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and no driver’s license. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $6,000 bond.
