37-year-old Ashley Stallings was charged with domestic assault after hitting her husband in the head with a can of Mike’s Hard Lemonade.
On October 15th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Kevin Westover arrived at Trenton Village Apartments located at 2740 Trenton Road in response to a domestic violence call. Ashley Stallings called the police because of an argument between her and her husband about marriage issues.
The husband stated that he left to get some space and she followed him to the bedroom, then hit him on the right side of his head with a can of Mike’s Hard Lemonade. Officer Westover observed the can was still in the hallway, and his shirt and hair were still wet. Stallings, whose clothes were also wet, stated that it was only a verbal disagreement.
Ashley Stallings was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $2,500 bond.
