Unhoused man charged with trespassing at Walmart when identified by loss prevention

29-year-old Zachary Case was charged with criminal trespassing after being on Wal-Mart property. He has previously been trespassed from the company grounds and has received trespassing charges multiple times.

On October 14th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Kevin Westover arrived at Wal-Mart, located at 3050 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, in response to a criminal trespassing call. Zachary Case, who has previously been arrested for criminal trespassing on Wal-Mart property, was identified by the loss prevention officer Kenneth Pedrosa.

Case has previously been charged with vandalism and criminal trespassing at this same Wal-Mart in August for damaging the packaging on a pair of Bluetooth headphones, valued at $49.88. He was also charged with trespassing in 2018.

Zachary Case was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $500 bond.
