26-year-old LeQuan Mullins was charged with aggravated domestic assault and criminal impersonation after he smacked his child’s mother in the face and lied to authorities about his identity on the scene.
On October 14th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Joshua Beck arrived at Ramblewood Apartments, 2408 Ramblewood Drive, in response to the domestic in progress call.
Upon arrival, Officer Beck spoke to Shemika Brown who stated LeQuan Mullins came to her door and knocked. When she answered the door, Mullins smacked her in the face. She continuously pushed Mullins back, but he reportedly kept pursuing her. Brown told Officer Beck that Mullins had active conditions of release that stated he was not allowed around Brown. Officer Beck asked Mullins to state his name and he gave the officer an ID card with Tabyrus Nicolson as his name and claimed to be the individual. Mr. Mullins stated his real name for Officer Beck before going inside jail.
LeQuan Mullins was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault and criminal impersonation. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $12,000 bond.
