Man stopped for speeding charged with third DUI on Highway 13

42-year-old Terry Allen Garske was charged with his third DUI, evidence tampering, driving on revoked, lack of insurance, and speeding after he was witnessed stumbling out of his vehicle and failed various field sobriety tests.

On October 14th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan LeBlanc initiated a traffic stop on a Chevrolet truck driven by Terry Garske. Garske was cited as going over the 55 miles per hour speed limit on Highway 13, and initiated a traffic stop.

The officer stated Garske had an odor of alcoholic beverages, slurred speech, and was stumbled while exiting his vehicle. The officer found through the database that Garske had a revoked license from DUI convictions on August 19, 2019, and June 11, 2003. Garske also failed various field sobriety tests and e did admit to drinking a few beers and refused to provide a blood sample.

Terry Garske was arrested and charged with his third driving under the influence, evidence tampering, driving on a revoked license, speeding, and financial responsibility. Hall was later additionally charged with violation of implied consent and is currently jailed in lieu of a $95,500 bond.
