Repeat trespasser caught damaging merchandise at Walmart

29-year-old Zachary Case was charged with vandalism and criminal trespass when he was found destroying a package of headphones in Walmart. He was previously charged with trespassing in 2018.

On August 11th, Officer Timothy Green responded to a vandalism call at the Walmart located on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. The officer arrived and spoke to Loss Prevention Officer Matt Campbell about the incident.

Campbell said that Zachary Case was found destroying the packaging of a pair of Bluetooth headphones valued at $49.88. The damage to the package rendered the headphones unusable. After investigation, Officer Green found that Case had been previously trespassed from Walmart on October 22nd, 2018. Case was attempting to remove the headphones from the package but the headphones were found inside the store.

Zachary Case was arrested and charged with vandalism and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $1,000.
