29-year-old Joshua Huffman was charged with domestic assault when he threw water on the female victim “in an assaultive manner”, per report.
On July 28th, Officer Shawn Brown arrived at 1343 Golden Eagle Way in response to a domestic violence call.
During the investigation, the female victim stated that she and the defendant, Joshua Huffman, were in an argument. She stated Huffman threw water on her during the argument in a malicious fashion. When the police researched them they found there to be no domestic assault history between them.
Joshua Huffman was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
