Repeat shoplifter caught again with $86 worth of items at St. Bethlehem Walmart

34-year-old David Felts was charged with burglary after he was caught stealing $86 worth of items at Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. He was trespassed from all Walmart properties in March 2020 for numerous shoplifting incidents.

On August 2nd, Officer McCray was dispatched to Walmart at 3050 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. David Felts, with whom Walmart has experienced numerous incidents due to a long history of shoplifting, was identified by Walmart loss prevention on video stealing $86 worth of merchandise.

According to the affidavit, officers have reason to believe that David’s sole purpose was to steal from Walmart and he knows he is unwelcome due to being arrested for trespassing on the property on several occasions. He was trespassed from all Walmart properties in March 2020.

David Felts was arrested and charged with burglary. His bond was set at $5,000.
