Green pulled into a driveway and Deputy Burkhart turned around and conducted a traffic stop after the vehicle left the driveway. This time a male was driving but was able to confirm that it was Green who was driving just moments before. When the deputy asked to search the vehicle, Green consented.

Inside the vehicle, Deputy Burkhart found a glass pipe, three straws with a burnt residue, pieces of aluminum foil, a scale, several plastic bags, and a clear container with .19 grams of marijuana inside. On Green’s person, the deputy found a plastic bag with 1.77 grams of methamphetamine. Her license has been suspended since January 2018 from being pulled over three other times previously.

Angela Green was arrested and charged with possession of meth and marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and her fourth time driving on a suspended license. Her bond was set at $15,000.
