31-year-old Rosaanna Miles and 31-year-old Brian Miles was charged with fighting each other after drinking a pint of Fireball. She struck him in the face five or six times and he strangled her.
On May 14th, police responded to a domestic in progress and found the married couple, Brian Miles and Rosaanna Miles. Brian told police that he and Rosaanna had gotten into an argument while drinking a pint of Fireball. He said that she went outside to cool down and when he went out there she punched him in the face five or six times.

She told police that Brian pushed her down and started strangling her hard enough for her to have trouble breathing. Police noticed that Brian had bite marks on his shoulder as well. They also had a hard time detaining Rosaanna because she resisted being placed into custody. When police did a check on Brian they found that he had a previous domestic assault in May of 2019 that the court reopened.
Rosaanna Miles was arrested and charged with domestic assault and resisting arrest. Brian Miles was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Their bonds were set at $5,000 each.
