58-year-old Russell Roach was charged with aggravated assault and violating his conditions of release after threatening to beat a woman’s brains out and kill her.
On August 26th, Clarksville Police Officer Chance Suiter responded to 2160 Amadeus Drive for an assault call. Russell Roach had shoved Jolea Sims, threatening to beat her brains out and kill her.
He also slapped her in an attempt to slap her phone out of her hands. Roach then cut up wires under the hood of her. He already had conditions of release on file against Sims. Roach was found to have sixty-five Xanax bars which were not prescribed to him.
Russell Roach was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and violating his conditions of release. His bond was set at $12,500.
