Chennel stated that she was at John’s house to gather her things and leave. When asked what happened, Chennel didn’t want John to go to jail so she said she tripped. Shortly thereafter Chennel reported that John pushed her with both hands and she fell down the stairs. The witness, Rondell Watson, stated that he saw John push Chennel and she “flew and rolled down the stairs.” There were no injuries and no medical attention was needed.

John Carnegie was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
