34-year-old Kory Darling was charged with domestic assault after his wife reported to police that he pushed, kicked, and headbutted her after waking up.
On November 20th, Clarksville Police Officer Arthur McCray was called to 3875 Stella Drive in response to a call in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with Megan Darling, Kory Darling’s wife, who stated that when she woke him up, he pushed her against the wall.
According to the report, Megan also stated that Kory pushed her, kicked her to the ground, and then headbutted her. During their contact, Officer McCray noticed that she had a busted lip. The couple did not have any previous domestic history.
Kory Darling was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,500 bond.
