Man grabs girlfriend hard enough to bruise her arms during argument

29-year-old Jordan Olive was charged with domestic assault after he grabbed his girlfriend by the shoulders during an argument and left bruises on her arms.

On August 31st, CPD Officer A. Koziol responded to a domestic violence at 550 New South Drive. Katheryn Rodrigue called the police and stated that she got into an argument with boyfriend Jordan Olive that became physical. Rodrigue advised police she went to their apartment on her break and Olive came out and pushed her against her vehicle.

She then went inside to talk to Olive’s children and he pushed her out of the room. Rodrigue stated she tried to leave after this, but Olive pulled her back into the apartment and held her by the shoulders. She was finally able to leave and went back to work to call the police. Olive told police they did argue, but nothing became physical. Police also observed bruises on Rodrigue’s arms.

Jordan Olive was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,500.
