37-year-old Latonya Smith was charged with domestic assault after she threw a Google Chromebook at her juvenile daughter’s head.
On August 28th, CPD Officer Lockerman responded to a possible domestic assault at Crossland Manor Apartments located at 701 Gracey Avenue.
Latonya Smith and her juvenile daughter were fighting because she was being disrespectful, according to the affidavit. In the midst of the altercation, the daughter stated that her mother threw a Google Chromebook at her head. Latonya admitted to throwing the electronic device at her daughter.
Latonya Smith was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $250.
