As officers were asking him for identification information he attempted to flee on foot heading north on North 2nd Street and was taken into custody. The owner of the vehicle provided officers consent to search. Officers found suspected marijuana and methamphetamine in the bag he was holding on his chest, and one Tramadol pill under the driver seat. Officers performed a full body search and found a glass pipe in Zechariah’s front left pocket.

Zechariah Temple was arrested and charged with possession of meth and marijuana, drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, and an out of county warrant. His bond was set at $18,500.
