55-year-old Anibal Marcano was charged with public intoxication for harassing Circle K customers after flinging himself to the ground and declaring he was going to his sister’s in Puerto Rico.
On August 3rd, Officer Thomas was dispatched to Circle K at 648 Lafayette Road on a public intoxication call made by the clerk of the store, Kim Johnson. Ms. Johnson pointed them toward the male, Anibal Marcano, who was outside hassling customers for a ride or money. Marcano said he had been drinking “a lot.”
While speaking with the officer he fell to the ground and declared he was going to Puerto Rico, to his sister’s home. Marcano was deemed a danger to himself.
Anibal Marcano was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
