Man admits to drinking beer at boss’s party before reports say he was swerving on 101st

41-year-old Jose Bautista-Martinez was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license after an officer saw him swerving on the road with his turn signal on.

On November 25th, Clarksville Police Officer Lyssed Pacheco responded to a reckless driving call on 101st Airborne Division Parkway and Peachers Mill Road. The caller explained that a burgundy truck with mud on it almost ran a vehicle off the road, was swerving all over the road, and the truck had its turn signal on. Officers found the burgundy Ford truck with its turn signal on and traveling on the right lane and shoulder traveling westbound on 101st. The vehicle was also swerving, so a traffic stop was started at 101st Airborne Division Parkway and Fort Campbell Boulevard.
