Woman taunts her stalking victim by knowingly messaging her threats while police are on the scene

42-year-old Amanda Huggins was charged with two counts of stalking after a deputy witnessed messages being received on a woman’s phone with threatening messages to her, her mother, and dog.

On November 16th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Marcus Daw responded to a harassment call at 2875 Sharp Top Rd. When Deputy Daw arrived he spoke with Amanda Means and her mother Shirley Means. They told Deputy Daw that they bought a dog from Amanda Huggins. They also stated that they paid $1500 for the dog, but they still owed Amanda Huggins $500. Amanda Means showed Deputy Daw her phone which showed that Huggins had already sent her multiple messages. One message mentioned that Huggins was going to “fuck Shirley up,” and another message implied that Huggins was at Amanda Mean’s house looking through her bedroom window even implying that she was there all day.

Huggins also sent a message saying that she had damaged Amanda Means’s car, and she said that she was going to run into the house and take the dog and that she had 40 people watching the house. Huggins threatened them again with another claim that she was going to “fuck up” Shirley Means. Amanda Means received a message from Huggins saying that she had multiple people around the house and that they had guns with them. When Deputy Daw was reporting what happened in his vehicle Amanda Means approached him saying she was still getting messages, and the messages implied that Huggins knew that the police were there. As Means was walking to the vehicle, she received messages such as “pussy bitch y’all are scary cops don’t scare me I’m looking right at them I’m still here wait till you come back out side I will get your mom.” and “walk fast bitch.”

Amanda Huggins was charged and arrested with two counts of stalking. Huggins was later released on a $2,000 bond.
