41-year-old Thomas Pedigo was charged with domestic assault after punching and kicking an unidentified male who was attempting to defuse an earlier situation. The man did sustain injuries from the attack, per report.
On July 4th, Officer Spain was dispatched to 1240 Winterset Drive in regards to reported domestic violence. Upon arrival, law enforcement made contact with Thomas Pedigo, who informed officers that he was unaware as to why they were at the residence. Contact was made with an unidentified man shortly thereafter, who stated that Pedigo had kicked and punched him while trying to defuse an earlier situation involving the two parties.
Spain proceeded to meet with Kamie Pedigo, who confirmed the account of the victim. The male did show suffer injury from the attack, per report.
Thomas Pedigo was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $500.
