19-year-old Makayla Magness was charged with theft of property after taking $278 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s.
On April 21st, Lowe’s located at 2150 Lowe’s Drive filed a theft report with Clarksville Police Department Officer Jeremy Chisenhall. The report stated that Mikayla Magness stole a four-pack of Dewalt batteries priced at $179 and a Dewalt drill priced at $99.
On October 15th, Makayla Magness was arrested and charged with theft of property. She also had outstanding warrants for driving under the influence, failure to exercise due care, failure to yield resulting in death or injury, and driving without a license. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $4,000 bond.
