Upon further investigation, they discovered Hale had been assaulted. He stated that he had dropped Mark Mosley off somewhere and he became angry when Hale did not have ten dollars to give him. Hale advised officers he was standing outside of his truck when Mosley grabbed him by the throat with both hands preventing Hale from breathing. Officers observed bruising on Hale’s neck consistent with being strangled. Jasmin Fowler and Octavia Howard witnessed the events and corroborated Hale’s story. Police located Mosley at 804 North 2nd Street and took him into custody.

Mark Mosley was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
