High & homeless man picked up for being “unreasonably annoying”

22-year-old Chad Gregory was charged with public intoxication when police say they found him wandering around at a Madison Street motel and admitted to using methamphetamine.

On March 8th, Officer Jamal Alquzweeni investigated a suspicious individual at Meadow Motel located at 1991 Madison Street. According to the affidavit, Chad Gregory was discovered in the parking lot wandering and muttering to himself.

The officer attested that Gregory did not seem cognizant of his surroundings and had admitted to the use of methamphetamine the night prior. He was detained for “unreasonably annoying” people and endangering himself.

Chad Gregory was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
