Drunk wives charged after acting “irate” towards security at Electric Cowboy

27-year-old Nikole Ritchey and 29-year-old Heather Ritchey were charged with public intoxication after Nikole was acting belligerent at Electric Cowboy and when officers attempted to detain her Heather began yelling in their faces.

On November 1st, Clarksville Police Officer Johnson responded to a fight call at Electric Cowboy. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Nikole Ritchey who had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on and about her person. Per the report, Nikole was causing a disturbance and being irate with security.

Security advised that they wanted her trespassed from the location, and when Officer Johnson was filling out the paperwork she snatched her ID away and became belligerent. While officers were attempting to detain Nikole, her wife, Heather Ritchey, got in their faces and began yelling. Heather continued being a public nuisance and tried to get the officers to stop arresting her wife. Officers reported Heather to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her person as well and they were both taken into custody.

Nikole Ritchey was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on a $439 bond.
