57-year-old Kenneth McDaniel was charged with domestic assault for telling the daughter’s boyfriend that he was “lying to his face and to get out of his house or he would beat his a–“
On May 2nd, Deputy Burkhart arrived at a camper where Amber McDaniel and her boyfriend live with Amber’s dad, Kenneth McDaniel. Amber stated that she and Kenneth began arguing and he was being verbally abusive to her. The victim agreed with Amber when she told Kenneth and she showed the victim videos of past transgressions between Amber and Kenneth.
Kenneth asked the victim if he had seen the video. the victim said yes, to which Kenneth said that he was “lying to his face and to get out of his house or he would beat his ass.” The victim said Kenneth’s threat made him feel placed in immediate fear of bodily harm. Police saw the video and stated that Kenneth was in close proximity to the victim.
Kenneth McDaniel was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
