20-year-old Danielle Jones was charged with domestic assault when she slapped her mother and yanked her hair out because her husband came over for a visit.
On September 8th, CPD Officer Matthew Cassford was dispatched to 1005 Hendricks Court in reference to a domestic assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with James Gardner, who reported that his wife’s daughter, Danielle Jones, arrived home and was disturbed that he was there.
According to the affidavit, Danielle became enraged and started to hit her mother in the face numerous times. She also yanked and pulled her hair causing patches to come out of her head. Danielle was deemed to be the primary aggressor and was placed into custody.
Danielle Jones was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $500.
