27-year-old Ashley Elizabeth Williams and 24-year-old Darryl Barcheea Hugee were charged with domestic assault after they told an authority that they were trading blows before they arrived.
On November 21st, Clarksville Police Officer Breighanna Dilsaver responded to a domestic violence call located at 110 West Concord Road. Upon arrival, Officer Dilsaver came into contact with Ashley Williams. Williams stated that she and her boyfriend, Darryl Hugee, were in a verbal argument that turned physical.

Williams stated to the officer that they began pushing each other which lead to hitting one another. Officer Dilsaver later spoke with Hugee who gave a similar story. It was noted Williams did have a busted lip upon arrival of the scene. Both parties were taken into custody.
Ashley Elizabeth Williams was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on a $1,000 bond.
Darryl Barcheea Hugee was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.
