40-year-old Trevor Cliburn was charged with public intoxication after the man was reported to be drunkenly walking around the inside of a Lebanon Shoney’s restaurant.
On June 10th, Officer Eicholtz received a call regarding an intoxicated man inside the business of Shoney’s restaurant located at 814 S Cumberland St in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Eicholtz made contact with the man, who was later identified as Trevor Cliburn.
Cliburn was observed to have a slurred manner of speaking, watery, red eyes, and emitted a scent consistent with alcohol from his person.
Trevor Cliburn was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released from custody on his own recognizance.
